Six Winners Meet with New York Literary Agent Rosemary Stimola

Authors and author/illustrators of fiction and nonfiction, preschool through young adult, you are invited to submit the first 30 pages of your manuscript or the complete manuscript for a picture book for your chance to meet with and receive written critique from Ms. Stimola during
the San Miguel Writers' Conference.

DEADLINE: JANUARY 15, 2009

    Authors of fiction, biography, psychology, history, memoir, business, finance and how-to books you are invited to submit the first 30 pages of your manuscript for your chance to meet with and receive written critique from Mr. Hills during
    the San Miguel Writers' Conference.

    DEADLINE: JANUARY 15, 2009

      Submission Details:
      Submit a one-page, double-spaced synopsis and the first 30 pages of your manuscript (or complete children's picture book manuscript if it is less than 30 pages) via email to: jody@sanmiguelworkshops.com. Please send pages in AN ATTACHMENT using either a Word document or PDF file . Make sure your name DOES NOT appear on ANY page of the manuscript and synopsis.

      Rules:

      1. You must be a paid registrant of the SMW Conference to participate in the manuscript critique.
      2. Entries must be received no later than January 15, 2009 at 5 p.m.
      3. All entries must be typed double-spaced in 12-point Times Roman or similar font, on one side of 8-1/2 x 11-inch paper.
      4. Place the title and page number on each page. Make sure your name does not appear on any page of your manuscript nor on the synopsis page.
      5. Each entry must be paid for prior to submission either online via Paypal by going to the registration page or by paying with a US check, a Mexican check cash in US dollars or peso equivalent at Mail Boxes Etc., Relox 26A, in San Miguel made payable to the San Miguel Authors' Sala.
      6. All entries must be in English.
      7. All entries must be submitted via email to: jody@sanmiguelworkshops.com
      8. Pages must be sent in an attached Word document or PDF file.
